The reason for this is simple. Getpresales.com is very lucky to have a loyal core group of readers. We want those people to have the best shot at good tickets by assuring that all information provided on getpresales.com STAYS on getpresales.com. In the past these loyal readers were able to help track down and remove users subscribing to getpresales for the purpose of sharing passwords on other sites. With the use of many proven methods, this is possible. Any user who subscribes to getpresales agrees to forfeit their subscription fees and be removed from the paid portion of the site if they are found to be providing information to outside entities. These persons also open themselves up to civil and/or criminal proceedings.
In connection with User Content and your use of the Site, you agree that you will not:
Restrict or inhibit any other visitor or member from using the Site, including, without limitation, by means of “hacking” or defacing any portion of the Site;

Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site; While using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
2. By subscribing, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
3. Getpresales will do it’s best to make available to you every password available that day. However, it is probable that not all passwords will be listed before the presale begins (or at all) for every presale. We will do our best though.
4. Your membership does not guarantee that you will get the tickets you want to events listed. The information on this site merely offers you the opportunity to get the best possible seats. It’s up to the venue, artist, promoter and ticketing outlet to determine what tickets and how many are made available during the presale.
5. Passwords are posted as we receive them, so there may be some passwords that are not available when you sign-up. If you have any question as to whether getpresales has obtained the password you want, please CONTACT US at admin@getpresales.com an ask if we have a certain password available. No refunds can be given on a daily pass because we did not list the presale in which you were interested so be sure to ask if we have your password first. Everyone could just simply subscribe, get their password and tickets, then ask for a refund becuase we didn’t have the password. Refunds WILL be given to daily pass subscribers if the password is incorrect.
6. Getpresales trys for 100% up time, unfortunately we do not guarantee up-time and no prorates or refunds can be given due to downtime. Getpresales also can not be held responsible for damages you believe you recived because of said down time.
7. All memberships are automatically renewed unless the account is canceled by the member. There is a button to “unsubscribe” on getpresales homepage.
8. When you subscribe, you agree to only use up to three (3) different internet access points to log in. Access automatically not be granted if you attempt to login from more than 3 IP strings. In other words, you will be unable to “rent out” your password and username.
9. Getpresales.com will not be held responsible for user loss for any reason. Please be sure to read the terms of service and/or restrictions on every ticketing outlets site before making your purchase. Some shows are willcall only, over 21 only, or have other restrictions. Again, please read carefully before your purchase.
10. Getpresales.com is designed to get you the best information in an attempt to get the best tickets available. However no site can guarantee that the best tickets will be available at every onsale. It is the venue, the band, and/or the promoter that determines how many tickets will be made availble.
11. Getpresales.com can not guarantee you will sell your tickets for profit.
12.The Site contains links to other Internet websites, including affiliated websites which may or may not be owned or operated by Getpresales. Getpresales has not reviewed all of the websites that are linked to the Site, and Getpresales has no control over such sites. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Getpresales is not responsible for the content of such websites, any updates or changes to such sites, or the privacy or other practices of such sites, and the fact that Getpresales offers such links does not indicate any approval or endorsement of any material contained on any linked site. Getpresales is providing these links to you only as a convenience. Accordingly, we strongly encourage you to become familiar with the terms of use and practices of any linked site. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from the Site or other sites) is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time bombs and other items of a destructive nature.
13. This site and its activities through and in connection with it’s affiliates does NOT contain any ‘spyware’ or other equivalent or similar code or material, intended to defraud or unlawfully obtain data from Users.
14. Third party (where applicable) may use code or cookies on Affiliate websites to track the performance of marketing efforts. No personally identifiable information is collected in such process; any Intellectual Property it uses does not and will not infringe any third-party right (including without limitation by being obscene, defamatory or infringing any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary right).
15. TicketExchange, TicketsNow, TicketNetwork or any other secondary ticket reseller may sell tickets above face value. Outlets such as Ticketmaster, Etix, Evenue, Artist Arena, Musictoday, Livenation, and more are “at face value” outlets.
16. You will not find any testimonials on getpresales.com. You will also not find any endorsements on getpresales.com. I do not endorse any product or service or encourage you to purchase or use any product or service. The posts on this site are merely informational posts about the availability of tickets and where and how to purchase them.
17. In the interest of full disclosure, though getpresales.com does not endorse any business product on this site, getpresales.com does perform activities through and in connection with buy.at, Commission Junction, VigLink, Share-a-sale, TicketsNow, and Google, .
